Debora, MBA, CVTA
"After retiring from corporate america, I was given an opportunity to make a serious effort to help those that have given me untold happiness for as long as I can remember – the animals!! I returned to school and was certified as a Veterinary Technician Assistant in December 2005. I love to help animals. My husband and I share our home with dogs, cats, fish (inside and outside), and we are hoping to add a horse in the near future. In 1993 I helped organize Denver Samoyed Rescue (DSR) and am still actively involved. DSR is a member of the local All Breed Rescue Network and works closely with area shelters to become apprised of Samoyeds needing to be placed in new homes. It provides foster homes if needed, handles dogs found running at large, and takes requests from people wishing to place their Samoyeds in other homes. DSR does not sell dogs. I’ll be happy to share my passion for this work with you if you ask!"
